2. Planning Fee & Service Agreement

Once you decide to move forward, we finalize the planning agreement and collect the non-refundable professional planning fee. This retains our services and covers the research, design, and curation of your custom travel experience.

3. Custom Itinerary Design & Feedback

We craft a tailored proposal including accommodations, tours, transfers, and experiences. We work together to fine-tune the details until the itinerary meets your exact preferences.

4. Seamless Booking & Reservations

Once approved, we handle all logistics—securing your flights, accommodations, excursions, and special requests with our vetted global travel partners.

5. Pre-Departure Preparation & On-Trip Support

Before you depart, you will receive a complete digital itinerary accessible on your mobile device. While you travel, we remain available to assist with any unexpected disruptions or last-minute needs.

OUR PLANNING FEES

Professional planning fees cover expert research, custom itinerary curation, supplier management, and dedicated support from start to finish. All fees are non-refundable and due prior to itinerary development.

• Bespoke Custom Itineraries: Starting at $200 per trip (covers up to 7 nights for up to 4 travelers; custom quote provided for extended trips or larger groups).

• Escorted Tours: Starting at $150 per booking

• River Cruises: Starting at $150 per booking (includes destination selection, cabin recommendation, and pre/post-cruise arrangements).

• Air-Only Reservations:$50 per passenger (if requested independently of a full package).

• Last-Minute Booking Fee:$100 surcharge for trips requested within 30 days of departure.
